To answer your questions, hold a vehicle, arrange an appointment, appraise a trade, and — only when you apply — to work with lenders on financing. Financing is always subject to lender approval and we never guarantee approval.
MaxDrive AI
MaxDrive AI is our 24/7 virtual vehicle shopping assistant. It is not a human salesperson, and it will always say so. When you chat with it, MaxDrive AI may process your messages, the vehicles you ask about, any contact information you choose to share, appointment requests, financing interest and trade-in details, so our team can follow up. A member of the Max Lots team can join the conversation at any time. All of the protections described on this page apply to those chats.
Calls, texts and email
When you share your phone number or email you agree we may contact you about your inquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling any team member.
